Gira de supervisión de infraestructura de salud en el estado de Aguascalientes

En cumplimiento al compromiso presidencial en materia de salud, se invierten 1,670 millones de pesos en la construcción del “Hospital Miguel Hidalgo”, cuya obra tiene 88% de avance, por lo que se prevé que estará listo al finalizar este año, anunció el Secretario de Salud, José Narro Robles, al realizar una gira de trabajo por el estado de Aguascalientes.
El Secretario de Salud Federal, José Narro Robles, al encabezar junto con el Gobernador del Estado, Carlos Lozano de la Torre, y el Director del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), Mikel Andoni Arriola Peñalosa, la gira de supervisión de infraestructura de salud, aseguró que el compromiso federal y estatal en esta materia están plenamente garantizados, por lo que hay total garantía para los ciudadanos de que contarán con los hospitales, centros de salud y sus respectivos equipamientos para beneficio de todos.Durante su visita a esta entidad y acompañado del gobernador Carlos Lozano de la Torre, y del director general del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), Mikel Arriola, supervisó el avance de la obra de ese centro médico, que sustituirá a los hospitales Hidalgo y de La Mujer.
En un 92% la construcción del nuevo Hospital Miguel Hidalgo, mismo que será entregado en tiempo y forma a los ciudadanosEstará integrado por 8 edificios construidos en una superficie de 52 mil metros cuadrados. Contará con 218 camas, 11 quirófanos, 4 salas de expulsión y 73 consultorios, entre otros.
El Secretario de Salud detalló que de la inversión total, el gobierno federal aportó 954.3 millones de pesos y el gobierno del estado, otros 716.53 millones de pesos.
En su participación el Gobernador Constitucional de Aguascalientes afirmó que junto con el gobierno federal,IMSS, ISSSTE y Seguro Popular, se han fortalecido, ampliado y mejorado los servicios de salud en los 11 municipios de la entidad, ya que durante la presente administración se han destinado más de 13 mil millones de pesos a este rubro.
“Y cuando viene uno a Aguascalientes se siente muy estimulado por ver el desarrollo y el progreso, por ver menos disparidad, menos inequidad y menos desigualdad, que es uno de nuestros grandes problemas, por ver menos niveles de pobreza extrema, y por tener ustedes una sociedad más parecida, con menos diferencias, y todo eso que estoy diciendo se refleja en la salud, por eso no extraña que junto con una buena infraestructura, con profesionales de la salud, médicos, enfermeras, trabajadores sociales, odontólogos, psicólogos, químicos, administrativos, de calidad, tengan lo que tienen: buena infraestructura y buenos recursos humanos“, dijo José Narro Robles.El Director General del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), Mikel Arriola anunció la inversión por más de mil millones de pesos en infraestructura, equipo y tecnología para la entidad.
Dijo que para brindar servicios con mayor calidad y calidez a los derechohabientes, se han realizado 14 obras de mantenimiento, ampliación y remodelación por más de 72 millones de pesos.
Destacó que el programa Unifila, se ha implementado en seis de las 11 Unidades de Medicina Familiar beneficiando a 663 mil derechohabientes, lo que representa el 55% del total.
En cuanto al Programa de Gestión de Camas dijo que presenta un avance del 60% en 92 hospitales, con una meta de 154 unidades y más de 35 millones de derechohabientes a nivel nacional.
Más adelante, el titular de Salud, el gobernador y el director general del IMSS visitaron la Casa del Adolescente del DIF Estatal, donde constataron que en esta unidad se brindan servicios de consulta general, psicología, odontología, planificación familiar, atención prenatal, prevención de adicciones y de violencia, entre otras.
Posteriormente el Jefe del Ejecutivo estatal, el secretario de Salud Federal y el director del IMSS encabezaron la inauguración del Centro de Salud Urbano de Haciendas de Aguascalientes, el cual tras una inversión en obra de 10 millones 900 mil pesos refuerza de manera exponencial la infraestructura hospitalaria del estado atendiendo de manera directa a cerca de 16 mil personas de la zona de influencia de la unidad, y de manera indirecta a más de 50 mil personas que asistían anteriormente a las unidades de Cumbres, Ojocaliente y Progreso, agilizando los servicios.Ahí, la presidenta del DIF Estatal, Blanca Rivera Río de Lozano, detalló que opera con un servicio de atención integral conformado por un médico general, 3 enfermeras, 14 psicólogos, 3 estomatólogas, trabajadora social y 5 pasantes de nutrición. Desde su inicio a la fecha ha atendido a 10 mil adolescentes.
También inauguraron el centro de Salud Haciendas de Aguascalientes, que tiene una superficie de poco más de 2,600 metros cuadrados, donde se cuenta con andadores y plazas de acceso, áreas verdes, estacionamiento y el edificio con 4 consultorios para consulta externa, vacunas, hidratación oral, prelavado y esterilizado, consultorio dental, cocineta, seguro popular, 6 privados para nutriólogo, trabajo social, promotor, estadígrafo, administración y la dirección.
Finalmente al llevar a cabo la supervisión de las obras del que será el Hospital de Zona N° 3 del IMSS en el municipio de Jesús María, que contará con 144 camas, 25 especialidades y servicios de hospitalización, urgencias, observación, tococirugía, unidad de cuidados intensivos, auxiliares de diagnóstico, medicina física y rehabilitación, auxiliares de tratamiento, educación médica e investigación, se informó que el nosocomio tendrá una inversión de 801 millones de pesos para atender a cerca de 270 mil derechohabientes, y que se estima que se concluya en enero del 2017.
